Incredible. An HONEST mechanic. Phat is the man to see in Lincoln if you have a Subaru and don't want the run around from the other guys. I'll never take mine anywhere else from here on out. Other Big Boys in town insulted my intelligence and used fear tactics to try to sell me replacement parts for things that werent even damaged (head gasket replacement and complete reseal), overlooking the actual issue. When I called LinkAuto, Phat immediately confirmed the issue I suspected (oil in the spark plug tubes). So validating! He did the repair, it cost a quarter of what the other guys quoted me, and now my car runs great again. LINKAUTO Repair is that rare exception -- honest work at a reasonable rate, from folks who are interested in the car. They were busy all day, which is another testament to their high standards, yet no one ever got irritable or impatient. TLDR: I will be back any time my subie needs work, confident that they want to see me drive it past 200k just as much as I do. THANK YOU!
